We are hiring for our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are looking for an experienced FP&A & Management Reporting Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities – FP&A & Management Reporting Analyst

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance, profitability, and future projections.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, margins, and profitability across business functions.
• Conduct sales, product, customer, and channel profitability analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing by ensuring accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Enhance reporting processes by automating reports and improving the efficiency of financial planning tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance.
• Support the development and tracking of financial KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for executive management and regional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Previous experience in Retail, Cosmetics, or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent command of English.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis are highly preferred.
