We Are Hiring for our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are seeking a Treasury Officer to manage banking operations, cash flow, and treasury transactions.

Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities – Treasury Officer

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash flow management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.
• Process and monitor local and international bank transfers, payments, and collections.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and coordinate all banking activities and documentation.
• Manage banking facilities, including loans, overdrafts, letters of credit (LCs), letters of guarantee (LGs), and other credit facilities.
• Monitor bank accounts, reconcile balances, and ensure the accuracy of treasury transactions.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash position summaries, and liquidity analysis for management.
• Ensure timely settlement of financial obligations, including suppliers, payroll, taxes, and other operational payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury and banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company treasury policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and other departments to optimize cash management and working capital.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, enhance cash utilization, and reduce financial risk.
• Maintain accurate treasury data within the ERP system and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of Treasury experience.
• Previous Retail, Cosmetics, or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with banking facilities, cash management, and ERP systems.
• Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis are highly preferred.
