We’re Hiring | Accounts Receivable Accountant
We are hiring for our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a dynamic and growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable Accountant
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers on overdue balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Process customer receipts and allocate payments against invoices.
- Perform regular aging analysis and prepare Accounts Receivable reports.
- Review customer credit limits and support credit control activities in line with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve billing, pricing, and payment-related issues in coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including AR reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to improve collection efficiency and enhance cash flow.
- Identify opportunities to streamline Accounts Receivable processes and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Previous experience in the Cosmetics, Fragrances, Perfumes, or Retail industry is a must.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of customer accounts, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis are highly preferred.
