We are a fast-growing healthcare LABORATORY technology group building smart, scalable digital solutions across the healthcare ecosystem.
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of growth, expansion, and innovation. Profile Senior executive leadership experience (CEO/COO/MD) Strong healthcare / health-tech LABORATORIES background
Proven success scaling technology-driven businesses Experience in KSA/GCC market preferred Arabic fluency is mandatory Role Focus Strategic leadership, business expansion, partnerships, and scaling digital healthcare platforms
Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing corporate vision, strategy & long-term growth roadmap.
- Leading overall business performance, operations & expansion strategy.
- Driving innovative digital health platforms and healthcare technology solutions.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, laboratories, insurers and government entities.
- Strengthening market presence in Saudi Arabia & expanding across the GCC.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing executive leadership team.
- Leading investment strategy, fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
- Representing the organization with regulators, investors & strategic stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering or
- related discipline.
- DBA, MBA or Executive Leadership qualification strongly preferred.
- 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience including C-level or CEO / Managing Director roles.
- Strong experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Healthcare Platforms or Health Services.
- Proven track record in scaling high-growth organizations or technology driven businesses.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem & regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation & innovation initiatives.
