Our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy Company in Riyadh, is seeking experienced Civil Engineers and Architects specializing in Engineering Drawings & Design to join its growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering, architectural, and construction drawings in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Develop shop drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation for various projects.
- Create and update 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Coordinate architectural and civil drawings with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review and revise drawings based on client comments, technical requirements, and project changes.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, engineering standards, and project specifications.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in technical documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate drawing registers, revisions, and document control procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify design conflicts and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure high-quality drafting standards and adherence to company quality procedures.
