Commission & Incentive Specialist
Our client, a leading Fragrances & Cosmetics Manufacturing, Distribution & Export Company located in Nasr City, Cairo, is looking for a Commission & Incentive Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Calculate monthly commissions and incentive schemes.
- Design and improve incentive programs.
- Analyze sales performance and KPIs.
- Prepare incentive reports and dashboards.
- Ensure calculation accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- FMCG experience is highly preferred.
