For our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are looking for an experienced FP&A & Management Reporting Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance, profitability, and future projections.
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
- Analyze financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor revenue, operating expenses, margins, and profitability across business functions.
- Conduct sales, product, customer, and channel profitability analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end closing by ensuring accurate financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Enhance reporting processes by automating reports and improving the efficiency of financial planning tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Previous experience in Retail, Cosmetics, or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent command of English.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
- Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis are highly preferred
