We are hiring for our multinational client, a leading Fragrances & Cosmetics Manufacturing, Distribution & Export Company located in Nasr City, Cairo, is seeking to hire an experienced International Legal Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements.
- Handle import/export legal matters and international trade regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
- Provide legal support for commercial and corporate matters.
- Mitigate legal risks and protect company interests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
