We are hiring for our accurate sample processing, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient laboratory operations. client a leading medical laboratory / healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified and dedicated Lab Specialist to join its growing laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate sample processing, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient laboratory operations

Responsibilities:

•Experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory settings is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered.
• Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology and immunology.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Ability to operate automated laboratory analyzers.
• Strong understanding of quality control and laboratory safety standards.
• Knowledge of CAP, CBAHI, or ISO laboratory standards is preferred.

•Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures accurately according to established protocols and standards.
• Handle, prepare, and process patient samples while ensuring proper identification and documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and automated analyzers.
• Monitor and perform quality control (QC) procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations, infection control measures, and quality management systems.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Responsibilities:

•Female candidate only.

•Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a medical laboratory preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in accredited laboratories.
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent related field.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as Laboratory Specialist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload efficiently.
• Team-oriented with professional attitude and ethical conduct.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
