A leading HR Consulting & Advisory firm located in 6 October City, Giza is looking to hire a highly motivated and professional Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.

Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist
Industry: HR Consulting & Advisory
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of solid experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Previous experience within Recruitment Agencies, Executive Search firms or FMCG companies is highly preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and candidate assessment
- Experience handling mid-management and senior-level positions across different industries
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and modern sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Professional English communication skills are a must
- Strong reporting, follow-up and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews and shortlisting activities
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies with high-quality candidates
- Prepare recruitment reports and market mapping when needed
