Our client, a leading multinational company in the Fragrances & Cosmetics industry, is looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, optimize stock control processes, and ensure efficient warehouse inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all inventory control activities across warehouses and retail operations.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical stock counts, and reconciliations.
Monitor stock movements, transfers, adjustments, returns, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare inventory reports, stock variance analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Oversee inventory transactions within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits by providing inventory documentation and reports.
Lead, coach, and develop the Stock Control team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Stock Control or Inventory Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Fragrances, or Cosmetics is highly preferred.
Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
