A leading FMCG company located in 6th of October City is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Section Head to join its HR team.
Job Summary:
You will lead the full the Talent Acquisition and recruitment function, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure the attraction and selection of top talent across all departments in line with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all departments
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
Manage manpower planning with department heads
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
Ensure timely hiring of high-quality candidates
Oversee sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes
Manage recruitment agencies, job boards, and sourcing channels
Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports to management
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced industries
Proven experience in multinational companies is a must
Stable career track record with demonstrated job stability
At least 2+ years in a section head role
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS systems and headhunting techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
