Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies across our FMCG/food portfolio. The successful candidate will drive brand growth, increase market share, and strengthen consumer engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning, architecture, and communication strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive brand equity and profitability across assigned product categories.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional media channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage advertising, media, and creative agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Product & Innovation Management

  • Lead new product development and product launch initiatives in collaboration with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio optimization strategies.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to maximize business results.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze consumer behavior, category performance, and market trends.
  • Utilize market research data to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage annual brand budgets.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators including market share, sales growth, profitability, brand awareness, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and product development teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing team members.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience managing successful brands and product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, market research, and category management.
