Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

Our client, a leading multinational company in the Fragrances & Cosmetics industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the organization’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Personnel, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop, review, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support organizational change initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role.
• Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Fragrances, or Cosmetics is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
