Senior HR Manager
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Industry: Multinational Fragrances & Cosmetics Employment
Type: Full-Time
A leading multinational company in the Fragrances & Cosmetics industry is looking to hire an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead its Human Resources function in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic people initiatives
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Succession Planning Drive Performance Management and Leadership Development
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and multinational HR standards
- Lead Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Change Management initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is highly preferred
- 15–20 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Mandatory experience in a multinational Fragrances, Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, Luxury Retail, or FMCG company
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
