IT Support Specialist
For our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join a dynamic and growing finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support ERP users and business applications.
- Install and configure computers and peripherals.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware.
- ERP support experience is preferred.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
