Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

We are hiring Stock Control Supervisor for a leading Multinational Fragrances & Cosmetics Company is seeking an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse stock control operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all inventory control activities across warehouses and retail operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical stock counts, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock movements, transfers, adjustments, returns, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock variance analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee inventory transactions within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory documentation and reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Stock Control team to achieve operational excellence and continuous

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Stock Control or Inventory Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, Fragrances, or Cosmetics is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
