Insurance Brokerage company is looking to hire a dynamic, professional and results-oriented Account Manager – Sales to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote insurance products and provide suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up on renewals, claims, and policy updates.
• Maintain regular market visits and client meetings.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Presentable with strong business acumen.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA or any related field.
