We’re Hiring | Cash Collection & Bank Reconciliation Lead
We are hiring for our multinational client operating in the Cosmetics, Fragrances & Perfumes retail industry. We are looking for an experienced Cash Collection & Bank Reconciliation Lead to oversee collections, banking transactions, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities – Cash Collection & Bank Reconciliation Lead
- Lead and oversee daily cash collection activities across all sales channels and business locations.
- Monitor customer collections and ensure timely allocation of receipts against outstanding invoices.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and resolved promptly.
- Investigate and resolve unreconciled items, payment discrepancies, and unidentified bank transactions.
- Coordinate with banks to resolve transaction issues and maintain efficient banking operations.
- Monitor cash receipts, deposits, and fund transfers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare daily cash position reports and collection summaries for management.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of POS, online payment gateways, and retail sales collections with bank deposits.
- Supervise and support the collections and bank reconciliation team, ensuring adherence to policies and service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls over cash handling, banking activities, and reconciliation processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing by ensuring all cash and bank accounts are fully reconciled.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Retail Operations, and Treasury teams to improve cash flow and collection efficiency.
- Ensure accurate recording of cash transactions within the ERP system and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline collection and reconciliation processes, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen financial controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 7 +years of relevant experience.
- Previous Retail or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Strong reconciliation and cash management experience.
- Good command of English. ERP experience is required.
- Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis are highly preferred.
