We are hiring for one of our clientsย in the Food Import, Distribution & Food Service Industry is seeking to hire a highly experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and drive the companyโs commercial growth, sales transformation, and market expansion strategy. The organization has built a strong reputation over decades in supplying premium food products across multiple sectors including Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Retail, Bakery & Pastry, and Industrial sectors, supported by international partnerships and a diversified portfolio of premium international brands.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companyโs commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead and oversee Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Operations functions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and market share expansion.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead sales performance management, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and industry developments.
- Ensure execution excellence and strong collaboration across departments.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and business performance.
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience, including senior leadership roles in commercial functions
- Mandatory experience within multinational food companies
- Mandatory experience within Food Distribution / Food Service / FMCG / Food Manufacturing sectors
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial operations and sales organizations
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market expansion, and commercial transformation
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
