We Are looking to hire a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Success & E-Commerce Executive to join its growing team.

For a one of Egypt’s leading food supply and distribution companies, serving Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Retail, and Foodservice sectors with premium imported products and internationally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance customer experience across all sales and digital channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate online orders and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Support and monitor e-commerce operations and online platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor online customer feedback, reviews, and market trends.
  • Support digital sales growth and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and online performance.
  • Prepare reports related to customer success, e-commerce performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, E-Commerce, Customer Service, or Commercial roles.
  • Experience within FMCG, Food Service, Retail, or HORECA industry is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online customer management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Good command of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BA or any related field.
