A leading Insurance Brokerage Company located in Maadi is seeking to hire an experienced HR Supervisor to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all personnel, Payroll and employee file activities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle social insurance procedures and labor office requirements • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports and support management with required data and analysis
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong experience in: Personnel Administration Payroll end to end Processing Social Insurance Egyptian Labor Law Employee Files & Documentation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in the insurance / insurance brokerage industry is highly preferred
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Male candidates only
