We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executives to join a leading Insurance Brokerage firm based in Maadi, Cairo. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, expanding the client portfolio, and promoting tailored insurance solutions to both corporate and individual clients. The Sales Executive will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and expand client portfolio.
• Promote and sell insurance products and solutions to corporate and individual clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on renewals, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and service delivery.
• Maintain updated market and competitor awareness.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Customer Relationship roles.
• Experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong customer service mindset.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
