A reputable organization is seeking a qualified Junior Accountant to join its Finance team. The ideal candidate will a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
· Record daily accounting entries (purchases, sales, expenses, cash, and bank transactions).
· Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
· Prepare and review import and export costing sheets and invoices.
· Track shipping, customs, and clearance costs and allocate them to inventory items.
· Record and monitor foreign currency transactions and exchange rate differences.
· Assist in handling Letters of Credit and bank guarantees (if applicable).
· Prepare periodic reports for sales, purchases, and inventory.
· Assist in the preparation of tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax).
· Monitor inventory balances and ensure reconciliation with accounting records.
· Organize and archive accounting documents and invoices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
· Familiarity with ERP systems & Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Gender: Any
· Experience: 0 to 2 Years in Finance.
· Excellent English language
· Residence: (Cairo / Giza)
