We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing function, shape brand strategy, and accelerate growth across our portfolio of food and FMCG products. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead brand management, product positioning, and portfolio growth initiatives.
Drive innovation through new product launches and category expansion.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business results.
Oversee marketing budgets, optimize ROI, and monitor key performance indicators.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Strengthen relationships with creative, media, research, and activation agencies.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
20+ years of progressive marketing experience within the FMCG or food industry.
Proven success in brand building, innovation, and commercial growth.
Strong analytical skills with experience using consumer and market data to drive decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.
