Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and support vehicle sales growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, manage agency relationships, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for vehicle launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, outdoor advertising, and traditional media.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Drive lead generation initiatives through digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee website content and customer journey optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports for management.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing communications.
  • Support product launches, dealership marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor automotive industry trends.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies and customer experiences.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support senior management with strategic recommendations and market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive market dynamics, customer lifecycle management, and dealership operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
