We Are Hiring:ย  Service Center Manager (Automotive Industry) โ€“ Hurghada

Our client, one of the largest automotive care distributors in Egypt, is seeking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic Service Center Manager to lead its operations in Hurghada.

Location: Hurghada, Egypt

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience managing automotive service centers.
  • Strong expertise in Spare Parts Management, Service Operations and Quality Management
  • Extensive experience leading and managing engineers, technicians and operational teams.
  • Hands-on experience in Fleet Management and Driver Supervision.
  • Experience managing Customer Service and Call Center operations.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence and team development capabilities.
  • Must have a successful track record working within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

โœ” Lead and manage all service center operations.

โœ” Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

โœ” Oversee spare parts inventory and supply chain coordination.

โœ” Manage engineering, technical and operational teams.

โœ” Supervise fleet operations and driver management.

โœ” Monitor service KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

โœ” Lead customer service and call center functions to ensure exceptional customer experience.

โœ” Drive profitability, productivity, and service excellence.
