On behalf of our client, one of Egypt’s leading and most established food manufacturing companies in the FMCG sector, we are currently seeking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic:
IT Head
The successful candidate will lead the company’s entire IT function, driving technology operations, infrastructure excellence, business applications, ERP implementation and digital support across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and applications
- Manage Oracle ERP implementation and business systems integration
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and data centers
- Lead Database Administrators, Technical Support, and IT Operations teams
- Ensure high availability and performance of all business systems
- Manage full IT scope including applications, infrastructure, and user support
- Support sales and business functions through efficient technology solutions
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Ensure IT governance, security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance standards
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Mandatory experience within Multinational FMCG / Food Manufacturing companies
- Strong Oracle ERP implementation and administration experience
- Proven background in infrastructure, applications, databases, and technical support
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT environments
