On behalf of our client, one of Egypt’s leading and most established food manufacturing companies in the FMCG sector, we are currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven:
Senior Supply Chain Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the full supply chain function, ensuring operational efficiency, optimized planning, warehousing excellence and effective fleet management across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Supply Chain Department operations
Oversee Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Management
Manage Warehouses, Distribution, Logistics and Fleet Operations
Ensure smooth coordination between Supply Chain, Production, Sales and Procurement
Optimize warehousing and transportation efficiency while controlling operational costs
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
Monitor KPIs, service levels, stock availability, and operational performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain activities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
Key Requirements:
12–15 years of progressive Supply Chain experience
Mandatory background in Multinational FMCG / Food Manufacturing companies
Strong leadership experience managing Warehouses, Fleet and Planning functions
Proven experience in supply chain optimization and operations management
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment
Reporting Line:
Direct reporting to Executive Management
