Our client, one of the largest automotive care distributors in Egypt, is seeking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic Service Center Manager to lead its operations in Hurghada.
Location: Hurghada, Egypt
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
- Minimum 20 years of experience within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience managing automotive service centers.
- Strong expertise in Spare Parts Management, Service Operations and Quality Management
- Extensive experience leading and managing engineers, technicians and operational teams.
- Hands-on experience in Fleet Management and Driver Supervision.
- Experience managing Customer Service and Call Center operations.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence and team development capabilities.
- Must have a successful track record working within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Lead and manage all service center operations.
โ Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
โ Oversee spare parts inventory and supply chain coordination.
โ Manage engineering, technical and operational teams.
โ Supervise fleet operations and driver management.
โ Monitor service KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
โ Lead customer service and call center functions to ensure exceptional customer experience.
โ Drive profitability, productivity, and service excellence.
